I had initially uploaded full size images to dA but since I never sold any prints I stopped doing that some time ago. It was slower and a little more hassle so I just thought there was no point in doing it.
dA have just announced a change in some payment policy and informed me I have been making print sales. Well, thank you for telling me.
Maybe I switched off email notifications at some point...I'm not sure. dA seems, to me at least, to have a complex interface and finding settings for such things is trickier than a tricky thing on planet Complex when celebrating Obfuscation Day.
It's a little annoying as I WOULD have bothered to add more images for sale as prints had I know it was actually working so now I'm going to go back and re-upload a whole ton of images and make them available for prints.
Does anyone know of a way to get informed when you make a print sale? Preferably an email notification?
